Kampua Mee

A beloved speciality from Sibu, Sarawak, Kampua Mee features plain, springy egg noodles lightly tossed with fragrant shallot oil and simple seasoning. The noodles are topped with thin slices of lean, orange-edged pork, crisp fried shallots and fresh spring onion.
